Her hair was swept up, her shoes were silver Christian Louboutin stilettos, her dress was a white Giambattista Valli number (with a small polar bear on the back) - and the whole effect was very Audrey Hepburn. As Posh turned on her heels, she revealed the back of her dress was curiously covered in fur.
